We are so excited to announce a new ticket system that will give a new experience with fast resolutions and fast responses. The new system will take place on Monday, June 14th, 2021, at 03:00 GMT.
As far as changes, there are no significant changes except the following:
1. Your ticket ID will still use "Ticket Number".
2. To log in to the customer portal, click “Sign In” with your registered Gmail or Outlook account that exist in our database. And click “Sign Up” should you choose to use different email provider.
3. To open a new ticket to our support team, click "Submit a ticket" from the portal and type the question or request.
4. There will be a new Ticket Portal at https://portal.stylehosting.com/ (will be available on June 14, 2021).
5. Old Tickets can still be accessed via the old URL https://account.stylehosting.com/
Our Support Email will still stay the same at email@example.com
