Import Address/Forwarder

This feature allows you to use 2 types of files for making several email addresses or forwarder altogether to the account.  You can use Excel spreadsheet file (.xls) or comma-separated file or CSV (.csv) to import data.  (CSV file is an ordinary text file given “.csv” extension)

To make this kind of file, you need to add sequence of email address and password to your spreadsheet or CSV file.

If you use CSV file, you need to separate email address and password consistently using comma (,), period (.) or you can choose another character.  The separator act as divider and divides the information which will be imported for each account.

You should separate every account or forwarder in order to make new line in spreadsheet or new line in a CSV file.

You can import this information:

  • Username of email address (in example: the username is “user1”, you can import it without enclosing @example.com).
  • Password for email address
  • Email quota (example: 10 means 10 Megabytes)

CSV file example:

user1@example.com, Password, 10

user2@example.com, Password, 10

user3@example.com, Password, 10

note: it is not necessary to use comma as separator.
