Enter into sent and spam folder directly

The feature which is explained here is only available at CPanel / WHM 11.25 and latest.

You can login directly into your sent and spam folder with a single step by modifying your login name.

To login into your sent and spam folder:

1. Open your email client.
2. Modify your username login as follows:
   • If you are the owner of main CPanel account, add “/sent” or “/spam” to your username.  In example, type: joe/sent or joe/spam.
   • If you are not the owner of main CPanel account, add “sent” or “/spam” to your email address.  In example, type: joe@example.com/sent or joe@example.com/spam.
3. CPanel will open your sent or spam folder.

Compatibility with Mail Client

• If you use this feature at mobile device, the performance will depend on the service provider.
• If you use this feature from computer, it should work well as most standalone mail client.  For now, this feature is not available from our cPanel-provided webmail client.
