We strongly suggest you to use some simple filter not only one, monolithic filter. Exim, your mail transfer agent is more efficient to handle many simple/small rules rather than single filter which handle a single big, complicated rule.
Exim has explicit limit to handle how much error message. Filter which is too big can exceed error tolerance when encounter the error, and it makes debugging process is impossible to be done.
