Why does specific webmail application loaded automatically?




It is because you click Enable AutoLoad link at Secure Webmail Login screen.  To disable auto-loading:

  1. Click Webmail icon at your cPanel homepage.
  2. Click Go to Secure Webmail Login link in the resulted page.
  3. Click Stop button before the countdown timer shows 0 in pop-up window.
  4. Click Disable AutoLoad red link to prevent webmail to load automatically each time you access Secure Webmail Login screen.
