Outlook 2013

Step 1

Open Outlook 2013. After it has finished loading completely, click the "File" button on the top left corner of the screen.


Step 2

A new page will open.

Press the "Add" button in the top right corner.


Step 3

A new page will open.

Fill in your name, then press the "Next" button.


Step 4

Fill in your full email address, then press the "Next" button.



Step 5

Choose if you are using a POP3 or IMAPsetting.

To fill in your "incoming mail server" If you are using POP3 setting, use "pop.everyone.net"

If you are using IMAP setting, use

"imap.everyone.net"

Your "outgoing mail (SMTP) server" will be "smtp.everyone.net"

Then press "Next"

Step 6

Fill in your full email as your "Account name" and then add your password.

Then press "Next"


Step 7

Press the "Finish" button

 

We still have a few more steps left.



Step 8

Now select your email you just created and press the "Properties" button.


Step 9

A new menu will open

Press the servers tab and you will see this page.

Check to see if your info is correct.

 

Make sure "My server requires authentication" is checked.

Then press "Advanced"



Step 10

Fill out your "outgoing mail" with 25.

if that fails, use 2525. Verizon Clients will use 587

 

If you are using "POP3 setting" as your "Incoming mail" use 110.

If you are using "IMAP setting" as your "incoming mail" use 143.

 

Optionally, check the "Leave a copy of messages on server" button and choose between the two options below that will work best for you.

 

Then press "Apply"

 

Congratulations!

Your Email is set up!

 

(Please note that Outlook Express has known issues with POP3 accounts. If you have repeated issues with a POP3 account, try switching to an IMAP account to see if it fixes your problem)
