Portal Home > Knowledgebase > E-Mail > BoxTrapper > Activate BoxTrapper
To activate BoxTrapper:
- Click BoxTrapper below the Mail heading.
- Select appropriate email address by clicking the link next to Manage account.
- Click Enable button.
Note: when BoxTrapper activated, whitelist will be automatically disabled, the email address that you send an email will be added automatically to the whitelist, which enabled the email will be received without authentication process.
