Blackberry Fastmail is a service which available in cPanel system 11.25 (and the latest) which use postfix-users mail server. This service allow you to receive updates of passive email to your Blackberry device. This means when you receive new message in your inbox, your Blackberry device will also receive it almost at the same time.
When Fastmail activated, postfix-users and server’s operating system will automatically configures to raise activities from IMAP IDLE command. IMAP IDLE command is a method that decides with what you will receive updates of passive email.
Note: if you configure your Blackberry device before the release of BIS 2.6 or cPanel 11.25, you need to setup all over again to improve the performance of your device.
